Promotion Rules Corona Cero Cashback: Terms & Conditions & Privacy Policy

Art. 1 Organization

1. These Terms and Conditions are applicable to the Corona Cero promotion whereby consumers can receive a full refund of the consumer price of a Corona Cero sixpack, alluded to in Art. 2 until Art. 8 of these Terms and Conditions (further referred to as: the “Promotion”). The Promotion is organized by InBev Netherlands NV (further alluded to as: the “Organizer”), located at Cerestraat 1 (4811 CA), Breda.
2. The goal of the Terms and Conditions is to bring people in contact with the Corona Cero brand and promote this brand further through trial and awareness of the Corona Cero products.
3. The Organizer and participants are bound by the content and determinations of these Terms and Conditions.

Art. 2 Brief description of the Promotion and reimbursement

Brief description: When purchasing a Corona Cero 6x33cl pack, the consumer (aged 18 or over) must scan the QR code present on the material in supermarkets that will allow him/her to participate in this Promotion by filling in the necessary information requested on the Cashback platform.

1. Promotion Period:
   1. Refund Participation Period for Corona Cero: Promotion will run from 00:01 CEST on 1^st of January 2025 to 23:59 CEST on 26^th of January 2025 at Dutch retailers (Albert Heijn, Jumbo & PLUS) only.
2. Purchase is required. Please keep an itemized receipt showing the time and date of the purchase before entering, but during the Promotion period, as this is required for validation and for participants to receive their refund. Internet access and a valid email address and IBAN-number are required.
3. Please note that while we want to encourage you to participate and enjoy the benefits of Promotion, we believe in responsible consumption of our products. Do not purchase more products than you can reasonably use or consume just to participate in this Promotion.
4. To enter: Purchase a participating product (see clause 5 for a list of participating products), scan the QR code on the Promotion materials in the supermarket and fill out the online form with all the required information (age, phone number, proof of purchase, bank account details, purchase price and corresponding retailer).
5. Participating products of the Promotion:

6. This Promotion holds a maximum of 1 entry per person during the entire Promotion period. An itemized receipt per entry must show the time and date of purchase, which must be prior to the date and time of entry, but within the Promotion Period.
7. The Promotion is limited by a maximum number of 2500 participants. Refunds will be made as long as the stock lasts. If the number of participants is exceeded, the Promotion ends, participation is no longer possible, and Refunds will no longer be made.
8. Refunds will not be transferable, exchangeable, or movable and will not be paid in cash under any circumstances. Refunds will not be replaced in case of loss. The organizer reserves the right to end this Promotion prematurely, to modify the action (or the conditions of the Promotion) or to replace the prize to be won by another prize of equivalent nature and value.

9. Other details and conditions of the refund:

   Refunds:

   1. Participants must be 18 years of age or older.
   2. Refunds are only valid for the dates and times indicated; No alternative will be available.
10. The refund will be sent to participants that have completed the registration form using their personal and purchase information. It is the participant's responsibility to provide their correct and up-to-date contact details when participating in the Promotion. The Organizer cannot be held responsible for participants inability to provide accurate information that affects the acceptance of the Refund. The refund will be given to the participant no later than 1 month after the day of participation in the Promotion.

Art. 3 Participation

11. Any person who is at least 18 years old, purchases a Corona Cero sixpack and resides in the Netherlands can participate in the Promotion. The participation of employees of the Organizer and any other people who contributed directly or indirectly to the realization of this Promotion (such as merchandisers, store owners and their staff, etc.) are excluded. No responsibility can be assumed for entries that are lost, delayed, corrupted, damaged, misdirected, or incomplete or that cannot be delivered for any technical, delivery or other reason. Proof of postage will not be accepted as proof of receipt.
12. Incomplete participation will result in immediate exclusion from the Promotion. The data stored on the registration form may not be changed, corrected or adapted under any circumstances.
13. The Organizer strives to arrange a fair and secure Promotion and to prevent abuse and cheating. If you enter in a way that does not comply with these Terms and Conditions, your entry (and any of your associated aliases) will be disqualified. Any Refund awarded may be void and recoverable, and the Organizer reserves the right to prohibit you from participating in future Promotions. For this reason, the Organizer reserves the right at any time to:
    1. Verify the eligibility of participants and/or provisional participants by multiple means by requesting such information as it deems reasonably necessary for this purpose. Registration or receipt of a refund may be withheld until verification is complete.
    2. Disqualify entries that are not made directly by the person participating in the Promotion.
    3. Disqualify entries made using anonymous email services such as, but not limited to, GuerillaMail, Dispostable, or Mailinator.
    4. Disqualify bulk entries from individuals, merchants, consumer groups or third parties, incomplete entries, and entries submitted by macro or other automated means.
    5. Disqualify entries beyond the maximum allowed, or those that use techniques such as "scripting", "brute force", masking identity by manipulating IP addresses, use of aliases or identities other than their own, or any other means.
    6. Disqualify participants who tamper with the registration process.
    7. Disqualify entries that otherwise do not meet the requirements of these Terms and Conditions.
    8. Cancel, modify or suspend the Promotion if it is unable to proceed as planned for reasons including, but not limited to, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, dishonesty, technical failures or any other cause beyond the control of the Organizer that corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion.
14. The Organizer may, at any time, exclude a person from participating in the Promotion for a certain period in the event of violation of one of the conditions of participation or in the event of abuse, deception or fraudulent participation in connection with the Promotion.
15. The use of any program or any means other (customization or editing of the site) than the program of the site is strictly prohibited and will result in the exclusion of the participant. If this is the case, the latter is liable to prosecution for copyright infringement.

Art. 4 Determination of participants

16. Selection of participants: during the Promotion period, any person who has entered their personal data, the consumer price paid for the sixpack Corona Cero, as well as the proof of purchase of a pack mentioned above during the period provided, will be reimbursed with the paid consumer price of the pack in that supermarket at the moment of purchase.
17. Participant Notification: Provisional participants will be instantly notified on the screen and prompted to follow the instructions to claim their refund. All participants will be asked to provide additional details (age, full name and email address), details on the pack (price of the purchased pack and name of the retailer) as well as their bank account details (full card name, IBAN number). Participants will also receive a confirmation email to the email address used when registering confirming their refund within one month. The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify a participant if he/she does not fully complete all the information or if the filled in information does not comply with the Terms & Conditions.
18. The participant is responsible for the use of the refund. It exonerates the Organizer from any liability in this regard.

Art. 5 Rules and Acceptance

19. Refund Acceptance: Once eligibility for a refund is confirmed and the refund is accepted, notification of the allocation of refunds will occur within one month of the refunds being accepted. In the unlikely event that an entrant has not received communication to arrange their Refund, the entrant must notify the Organizer by sending an email to contactus@ab-inbev.com. If an entrant fails to do so, the Organizer reserves the right not to reissue the Refund or to limit the value of the Refund at its sole discretion.
20. Refunds will be distributed to participants no later than one month after the last day of the Promotion.

Art. 6 Communication

21. Except for the sending of the verification email to the participant, no form of communication, whether physical or electronic, will be made during the duration of the Promotion.
22. Participants will be contacted via the email address provided during registration.

Art. 7 Civil liability

23. By registering, the participant agrees to be bound by the entire Terms and Conditions of the Promotion.
24. In the event of any discrepancy between these Terms and Conditions and those of any promotional materials, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
25. If any part of these Terms and Conditions is held to be legally invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the remainder shall not be affected and shall remain in full force and effect.
26. In the event of a dispute or any case not provided for in these rules, the decisions of the Organizer shall be final and without appeal.
27. These Terms and Conditions are governed by Dutch law and their interpretation and application shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dutch courts.

Art 8. General

28. The Organizer cannot be held liable for cases of force majeure or for any reason beyond the control of the Organizer requiring the modification, suspension or cancellation of the Promotion. The Organizer shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations for reasons beyond its reasonable control arising from force majeure, global or regional epidemic or pandemic, adverse weather conditions, fire, industrial dispute, war, terrorist activity, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, plague or other natural calamities or any other circumstance.
29. The Organizer and its associated agencies and companies are not liable for any losses (including, but not limited to, indirect, special or consequential losses or loss of profits), expenses or damages suffered or suffered (whether resulting from the negligence of any person) in connection with this Promotion or the acceptance or use of the refund, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. Nothing excludes the participant's liability for death or personal injury resulting from its negligence.
30. The Organizer cannot be held liable for any damage of any kind resulting from participation in the Promotion or the awarding of the Reward/Refund. In the event of any irregularities, including, but not limited to, errors that occur in the web generator of the participant, the organizer autonomously decides how the problem is corrected and/or completed. The Organizer's decision cannot be challenged.
31. The printing of errors, spelling or other mistakes, technical problems or other problems related to or arising out of the Promotion shall not be relied upon as grounds for compensation, obligation or liability of the Organizer. The Organizer cannot be held responsible for any technical problems that make it impossible to participate in the Promotion or that prevent the continuous and uninterrupted progress of the Promotion.
32. The Organizer can in no way be held responsible for a miscommunication of data that would lead to a wrong address or to an address unknown to the participant. If a Refund (1) does not arrive on time due to loss and/or delay in delivery by the postal services, and/or (2) is intentionally or accidentally damaged by the postal services, the Organizer cannot be held liable. Regarding any costs of participation in the Promotion, there is no recourse against the Organizer.
