Purpose of the processing: The main purpose of the processing is to manage your participation in the event, the competition and the delivery of Refunds to participants.
The second purpose of the processing, if you have ticked the box to give your consent to direct marketing, is to send news, Promotions and offers from the Organizer and its group entities by email. This will only be sent if the data subject has given their active consent. This consent can be withdrawn at any time. Categories of personal data: The categories of personal data that will be processed are surname, first name, date of birth, home address, IBAN number and e-mail address.
Legal basis for processing:
The legal basis for the processing is the legitimate interest of InBev Netherlands in organizing and carrying out the Promotion/event.
The legal basis for processing in relation to direct marketing is based solely on your consent, your personal data will not be processed if you have not given your active consent to provide you with marketing information from ABI.
The processing of your personal data is necessary for the management of the event or Promotion. Refusal to provide the requested personal data will prevent you from participating. For any other processing of personal data, the explicit consent of the participant will be requested.
Destination of the data: The personal data used for this processing will not be transmitted to any recipient.
Rights of individuals: Data subjects may exercise the following rights at any time:
- Right of access: The data subject may obtain confirmation of the personal data processed by the controller.
- Right to rectification: The data subject has the right to request the correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Right to erasure: the data subject may request that his or her data not be processed without undue delay, when consent is revoked or the legal basis for the processing no longer exists.
- Right to restriction of processing: The data subject has the right to demand the restriction of the processing of his or her personal data where the conditions set out in Article 18 of the GDPR apply.

Right to withdraw consent: the data subject may withdraw his/her consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the processing prior to the withdrawal.

Retention period: The personal data affected by this processing will be stored until the competition has taken place and the refund has been forwarded to the participant, after which the personal data concerned will be deleted. For data subjects who have agreed to the processing of their data for business purposes, these will be processed for a period of 2 years after the last communication with the data subject.
Technical and Organizational Measures (MTO): The Data Controller will set the technical and organizational measures necessary to guarantee the security of the processing.
Right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority: The data subject has the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.
